This 1965 912 in the desirable early SWB configuration with 3-instrument dash is a dismantled, already media-blasted restoration project. Although the €26,500 price is 60% below the median, that median reflects finished cars – this project still needs reassembly, paint and remaining work. Positives include documented invoices for parts (€2,350) and labor (€3,750) plus new floor pan and sill sections. The photos show the complete red car before disassembly; the 1.6 million km reading is implausible and likely a data error or odometer rollover.

Unfortunately I have too many projects and won't be able to finish it any time soon, so I'm offering it for sale. The pictures were taken before dismantling, the 912 was carefully blasted with Batoline and preserved. Various parts were purchased such as a new floor panel, sills and much more. Invoices for parts worth 2350 euros & work worth a further 3750 euros are verifiably available. I don't have to say much about the 912, the short version with the 3 instruments is rare and will increase in value in the next few years after the short 911s have taken off in price, this version will certainly follow... I'm interested in trade-in offers with or without value compensation...
